A Li-ion Battery

Electric vehicles are unimaginable without the use of a battery. Working principle of a Li-ion battery inclue a cathode, an anode a separator, through which during charging and discharging the Lithium ions flow both ways. 

Movement of Lithium ions through a separator is a key process in a battery.

Lithium metal oxides are the essential elements of a battery. These are generally Manganes, Cobalt, Nickel Phosphates.
